John Browning has been involved in the computer and electronics industry for over thirty years.  He worked for Radio Shack in the late 1970s and early 1980s selling TRS-80 computers and consumer electronics while earning a degree at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.  After graduating from college he accepted a sales position with a local computer dealer, selling IBM, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft products.  After many years in the sales arena, John became involved in the design and implementation on computer network systems.  In 2002, John opened Cahaba Valley Computer Services to provide the services of a “Virtual IT Department” to his clients.  John and his wife Patti are long time residents of Shelby County, Alabama.

Chase Webb is the Senior Network Support Specialist. He joined Cahaba Valley Computer Services in 2007. Chase started his career in information technology while in high school working on various computer projects for his school.  After high school, he continued a course of study in computer technology.  He currently holds CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MCP & MCTS certifications.  Chase and his wife Allison reside in Homewood, AL.

Amanda Smith is the Director of Marketing & Public Relations. With over 5 years of marketing experience and a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of South Alabama, she joined Cahaba Valley Computer Services to promote and enhance business development. Amanda aims to serve our community as a professional resource and volunteer with the area chambers of commerce & community organizations. Amanda is a lifetime resident of Shelby County. She and her grade school sweetheart, Kyle Morrison, reside in Harpersville, AL where they share two children, Mason and Annabelle and dog Gypsy.

Jason Crews is our newest Network Support Technician.  He has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking Systems and has previous networking experience with printers and copiers. Jason is a member of Gamma Beta Phi (which is the national collegiate Society) and he is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Information Systems Security from ITT-Technical Institute. Jason and his wife Tiffany currently reside in Pell City, AL and have a daughter named Alaysha.
